Microsoft is about to kill Zuckerberg’s Metaverse even before it launches, and they won’t even need to build a VR headset to do it. Now, this probably sounds crazy, after all, Zuck is so invested in the Metaverse that he renamed his entire company (Facebook) just to focus on the effort.

Metaverse is a hot topic for 2022. So many major brands are flocking to this space to build up the next frontier of the Internet. We are talking about major brands like Nike, Facebook, and according to rumors Apple as well.
Facebook, now Meta is the company that everyone loves to hate. With that in mind, it’s easy to see why the events of yesterday came with such great joy to a lot of people. Meta’s market cap fell by 26% in one day.
